T-falcon Logistics Nigeria Limited is a reputable and fast-growing logistics company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable delivery services to our clients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Efficiently deliver packages and goods to designated locations in Lagos in a timely manner.
• Plan and navigate routes using GPS and maps to ensure timely and accurate deliveries within the city.
• Ensure the safety and security of packages during transportation.
• Maintain a neat and presentable appearance while representing the company.
• Maintain records of deliveries, including tracking information and proof of delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on the assigned vehicle to ensure it's in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role in Lagos.
• Valid rider's license and a good driving record.
• Familiarity with local roads and routes in Lagos.
• Ability to effectively use navigation devices and apps for Lagos routes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery targets.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Salary
N65,000 - N80,000 / month.
