Key Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Approach: Utilize your retail pharmacy background to provide personalized customer care, answering questions about medications, recommending health products, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Prescription Excellence: Leverage your retail pharmacy expertise to assist pharmacists in accurately processing and dispensing prescriptions. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential.
• Inventory Expertise: Collaborate with our team to maintain well-organized shelves and optimal inventory levels. Your role ensures customers find what they need when they need it.
• Financial Accuracy: Skillfully handle payment transactions for prescriptions and products, following precise billing procedures and maintaining secure practices.
• Seamless Customer Interactions:Engage confidently with customers in person and over the phone. Your friendly assistance with scheduling appointments and updating patient profiles ensures smooth interactions.
• Safety Advocate: Uphold the highest health and safety standards by following protocols for proper medication storage, disposal of expired items, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Retail Pharmacy Experience: Proven experience in a retail pharmacy setting is a must for success in this role.
• Customer-Focused Attitude: Your ability to connect with customers, empathize with their needs, and deliver standout service is paramount.
• Detail-Oriented Professional: Precision in prescription processing, inventory management, and cash handling sets you apart.
