Description
We require the services of Group Marketing Executive to Join Runola Group and contribute to the growth and success of our diverse range of businesses in the Nigerian market. Your strategic marketing expertise will play a vital role in shaping our brand presence and driving business outcomes across all subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and subsidiary heads to formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for each business unit that align with the overall goals of Runola Group.
Brand Management: Oversee the brand identity and positioning for each subsidiary, ensuring consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth within the Nigerian market for each subsidiary. Translate findings into actionable insights.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across online and offline channels.
Digital Marketing: Lead the digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, website management, and SEO, to enhance online visibility and engagement for all subsidiaries.
Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling and relevant content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with the target audience.
Public Relations: Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and events, to maintain a positive brand image and enhance the visibility of Runola Group and its subsidiaries.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and data. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for each subsidiary, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience (5 years) in marketing and brand management, preferably in a multi-subsidiary or group company setting.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the hospitality, manufacturing, and service sectors is advantageous.
