What you will be doing
As Jumia Advertising Operations Associate, you are responsible for:

• Supporting the local Head of Advertising in her commercial efforts
• Executing advertising campaigns  
• Optimizing campaigns
• Reporting on campaigns performance
• For this position, you will report to the local Head of Advertising

Key Responsibilities

• Inform the local Head of Advertising about the inventory availability
• Advise on campaign best targeting options
• Set up campaigns in Google Ad Manager
• Define targeting for these campaigns
• Monitor performance of campaigns
• Optimize campaigns to increase CTR
• Report any execution issue to the local Head of Advertising
• Report on campaigns performance
• Suggest improvements in terms of targeting
• Test new targeting options
• Adhere to operations processes

What we are looking for

• Graduate Degree
• Previous experience in Digital Advertising
• Passionate about online advertising, marketing, data, analytics, and technology
• Strong analytics skills
• Great attention to details
• Proactive mind
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills (written, spoken, listening)
• Ability to communicate effectively with Partners and Management
• Action and results driven
• Well-organized / structured
