Workforce Group  - Our client, a top Real Estate organization, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Engineer (Structural / Infrastructural)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is looking to hire an Engineer (Structural/ Infrastructural), who will be responsible for drafting detailed construction drawings.
• A part of the job is to produce a structural system and develop finite element analysis models.

Job Description

• Draft detailed construction drawings, as well as specifications used in planning and construction of building projects.
• Produce a structural system and develop Finite Element Analysis models
• Design and interpret design results with the aid of structural and infrastructural design programs for the assigned project in view of the safety and stability of the structure in accordance with government regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of Real Estate’s development design permitting documents.
• Manage and supervise all ongoing developmental projects for the business.
• Support land/roads and bridge development projects
• Interact with associated disciplines including geotechnical, traffic, environmental, building, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architecture, as well as landscape Architecture contractors
• Responsible for managing the quality of project output.
• Give daily updates with pictures/ videos, weekly reports
• Any other duties assigned relating to your job.

Qualification and Requirements

• First Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural and Infrastructural).
• Master's Degree will be an added advantage, COREN certified with further learnings/ certifications, 2-3 years' work experience in a Real Estate company.
