Job Title: Talent Attraction and Retention Lead

Role Description

• We are looking for a talented Talent Attraction and Retention Lead to join our team.
• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• As the Talent Attraction and Retention Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent attraction and retention strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
• You will work closely with our HR and management teams to ensure that we attract and retain the very best talent in the industry, and that we have the right talent in place to help drive our business forward.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s goals and values
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment methods to source and attract high-quality candidates, including job postings, social media, employee referrals, and other networking channels
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers
• Build and maintain relationships with existing employees, candidates, and external partners to promote the organization and its values
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of various projects.
• Develop and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Manage HRIS system, and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and trends, and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent attraction and retention, preferably in a technology or telecommunications company
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent attraction and retention strategies that align with business goals
• Experience with talent management tools and software
• Demonstrable experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Nigeria is a plus
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is a plus.
