Hours / Rotation: Monday to Saturday; No Rotation

Job Summary / Role Description

• Responsible for the organization of Tecnimont Resources for assigned projects. Construction Planner is an integral part of Planning of Site Personnel Team in Construction Department Structure.
• He/she will have responsibility for managing resources ensuring that the quality of supervisors and their crews' match expectation.
• Construction Planner will report directly to Site of Personnel Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
His main responsibilities are:

• Responsible to meet on a daily base TCM departments to propose resumes for open positions in worldwide
• sites and expedite follow up and feedback. His/her role will be to get “technical validation” for each resume introduced to the TCM departments. He/She must be able to held interviews with candidates and validate resumes.
• Responsible to enter/open PIR position on the HRP web system (at later stage after implementation)
• based on Site requirements and Technical requests and forward PIR open position to all the relevant HR offices (TICB, TWS, TCM HR Unit)
• Responsible to coordinate Planner team for the collection of new cv proposed on the PIR open positions and get feedback
• Manage current assigned resources at site and plan their future project assignment once close to demobilization in accordance with Technical Department and Site requests
• Monitor in/out travel plans of each assignees in accordance with work cycle shift.
• Support sites and technical department to reduce mobilization time in accordance with best resume available.
• Responsible to interact with TCM departments and Sites for site organization.
• Monitor Evaluation plan’s collection from Sites and pass those to HR team.

Person Specification
Knowledge & Qualifications:

• University Degree or equivalent Study background.

Experience:

• Management experience for an EPC company in for, at least, two plants as Construction Site Planner.
• Plants for the gas treatment.

• Team-oriented skills,  self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
