Description

• The Administrative / Health Officer onboards as part of our dynamic team to support the administrative processes and provision of excellent clinical care to our patients towards optimum health status.
• The candidate is innovative, respects patients’ rights, and is in tune with the application of modern health technologies to solving health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support team members to deliver excellent patient care
• Support business development strategies, proposal writing, and implementation of information management & technology systems
• Support human resource management
• Ensure optimal quality of care and client satisfaction
• Relate with HMOs and health insurance agencies on managed care
• Ensure fast, efficient and courteous service delivery to clients.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in the Social Sciences or Humanities
• 2 - 5 years relevant work experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile
• Adequate problem-solving skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and good relationship skills
• Computer literacy.
