Job Description

• We are looking for a versatile front desk cum accountant officer/mgr with strong MS Office proficiency (word, PPT, Excel), and internet skills to efficiently manage both financial tasks and front desk responsibilities.
• This role involves maintaining financial records using accounting software, utilizing MS Office tools, and providing a welcoming experience to visitors and callers.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide information in a friendly manner.
• Effectively use the internet for research and communication purposes.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily workflow.
• Manage daily accounting tasks using financial software including daily invoicing.
• Utilize MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication tasks.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in accounting and front desk roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, and internet usage.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
