Enej Supermarket, a one-stop shop retail outlet, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor / Social Media Handler

Location: Lekki - Orchid Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and other support staff members
• Perform performance evaluation for staff members supervised
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
• Manage all customers’ requests, comments, and complaints offline and onsite and escalate where necessary.
• Manage social media handles of the company
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
• Ensure that a clean ambiance of the outlet is maintained all through the day.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
• Demonstrable experience in social media accounts management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing online customers on social media platforms will be an added advantage.

Salary
N960,000.00 - N1,200,000.00 Annually.
