Job Title: IT Business Support & Customer Service Officer

Job Description

  • We are looking for enthusiastic business suppport and customer service officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.
  • As the Customer Service/Front Desk Officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.
  • The successful candidate will preferably possess minimum of a National Diploma in any course; additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • The candidate must also have basic knowledge of office equipment. Have a previous work experience in an office or call center will be an added advantage.
  • Also, the candidate should be able to resolve first and second level issues, as well as provide guidance and advice on all customer requests and incidents. Working as 'One Team' with the rest of the Operations and Technology Development teams, you will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience for our valued customers.

What You'll Do

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Accurately captures customer information
  • Creates and maintains service reports.
  • Manage sales invoice and follow up with customers
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.

Who You Are

  • SSCE; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. computer, printer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
