Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Description

• We are looking for a Business Development officer who will help us expand our horizons and increase our bottom line.
• As a Business Development officer, you will be responsible for spearheading our business growth through the identification of new markets, creating new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will be an experienced individual, with a proven track record of success, who is motivated by the challenges of driving business growth in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create business partnerships with organizations in the health, wellness, and fitness industry.
• Develop new innovative strategies to increase Pad-Up Creations LTD’s brand and sales.
• Conduct market research and identify new products and services based on customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the success of implemented strategies.
• Attend industry events and conferences to identify new opportunities.
• Assist in the completion of requests for proposals (RFPs) and other business-related documents.
• Amongst others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Excellent communication and networking skills are crucial for this position.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying new markets and creating successful business partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn market data into actionable items.
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
