Job Description

• We seek to employ experienced and qualified Accountants to manage the company account department
• . The ideal candidate must have good knowledge in Accounting software that will enable him to transact online services such as the use of TAX PROMAX and other online transactions within the company portal effectively.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate costs and agreements of products and services of the company
• Execute the accounting process with the best accounting practices
• Coordinate internal and external financial resources to expedite workflows
• Manage financial communication between staff and management
• Maintain and keep records of financial data base of clients, customers, partners, vendors and prospects
• Effectively manage existing and new customers accounts
• Oversee the junior account executives and provide guidance on the execution of the company’s financial processes.
• Monitor sales targets and ensure the company’s revenue continues to grow
• Attend sales meetings to provide progress updates and research competitive industry trends
• Analyze sales performance metrics and demonstrate excellent communication skill. And
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
• Prepare budgets and financial forecast
• Publish financial statements on time
• Conduct month-end and year-end and close process
• Collect , analyse and summerise account information
• Compute (WHT, VAT etc) taxes and tax returns, balance sheets, profit/loss statement etc.
• Remittance of relevant taxes as at when due and vetting of payroll
• Tax clearance certificate
• Develop periodic report for management
• Audit financial transactions and documents,
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
• Keep up with financial policies, regulations and legislations
• Ensure statements, records and invoices are in compliance with the laws, regulations and collective terms of agreements between SHIVTECH and the third party
•  Examine statements to ensure accuracy
• Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND / B.Sc in Accountancy, An ICAN certificate would be an added advantage
• Good understanding and analysis of online transactions and services
• Knowledge of basic Accounting software
• Proven experiences on WHT,VAT computations and Tax Promax usage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have at least 4-5 years work experience.
