Darey.io is a DevOps virtual learning Bootcamp. In the Darey.io social learning program, you will take your knowledge and certifications and apply them to solve real problems. Description

  • We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our community engagement efforts and drive data-backed strategies.
  • You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media marketing strategies, fostering meaningful community interactions, and analyzing performance to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant online community by fostering meaningful interactions, responding to comments and messages, and actively engaging with our audience.
  • Platform Management: Oversee and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to monitor and analyze social media performance. Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute community-focused social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to foster engagement and build a loyal following.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to align social media efforts with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to craft engaging and shareable content.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with community management and online engagement strategies.
