Job Title: Front Office Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Purpose

• The Front Office Manager shall be responsible for the overall management and coordination of all front office operations, activities, and employees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the front office team and ensure all administrative responsibilities are undertaken fully and effectively.
• Lead the front office team to achieve the financial objectives of the hotel.
• To optimize the utilization of the Property Management System of the hotel (IDS Next, Vision) and to provide training to all Front Office employees.
• Implement the Front Office Operations Manual
• Implement the Bolton White Group loyalty program policy through Rate Tiger.
• Implement and ensure compliance with the established reservations guidelines.
• Ensure implementation of the revenue management policies and procedures
• Implement hotel brand Standard requirements pertaining to the front office operations.
• Ensure superior guest satisfaction by encouraging guests to review the hotel on Trip Advisor and Guest RevU / Kepsla.
• To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).
• Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

Experience:

• Minimum of FIVE years of experience in a 5-star hotel in a similar role
• Proficiency in OPERA PMS, IDS.
