We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Design Architect Project Manager 

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Furniture / Interior Design

Responsibilities

• Lead on new product development (furniture) from concept development to prototype development.
• Create, draft, and develop space plans using AutoCAD/
• Create furniture product models on sketch-up
• Prepare BOMS of all products for the production team
• Producing presentations to support salespeople and customers (mood boards, drawings, renders and visuals, etc)
• Weekly visits to sites to take accurate measurements
• Supporting tender responses and creating response documents (managing sources of info – sales – technical and tender database)
• Becoming part of Design Team (Representing the company at major events at times)
• Keep up to date with trends in the market, especially designs, colours, hardwares, and technology
• Monitoring the budget for each project
• Working closely with the Procurement Team to ensure products are specified and projects are delivered on time
• Creating and maintaining the installation schedule with the production team
• At times, support the installation team by supervising the closure and handover of projects.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Interior Design or similar field.
• 5 years+ proven background in space planning / interior designs with a minimum of 3+ years of project management.
• Strong AutoCAD and sketch up skills, as well as competency using Adobe Create Suite and Ms. Office
• Research skills and inquisitive nature
• Ability to create and maintain project plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good Excel skills
• Ability to travel when required.

Salary
N400,000 (gross) Monthly.
