Job Description

• We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Social Media /Digital Marketer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in graphics designing, email and social media marketing, and expertise in Adobe Photoshop.
• This role is based in Lekki and offers an attractive salary package along with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and pension benefits.

Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that encompasses graphics design, email marketing, social media campaigns, and other digital initiatives.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media presence across various platforms. Create engaging content, monitor trends, and respond to audience engagement.
• Graphics Design: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to craft visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
• Email Marketing: Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns. Manage subscriber lists, analyze campaign performance, and optimize email content for maximum impact.
• Content Development: Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, and more.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate resources within the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI across different channels and campaigns.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure a unified and effective digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• HND, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on graphics designing, email and social media marketing, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven expertise in graphics design, demonstrated by a portfolio of creative and visually compelling digital assets.
• Thorough knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design software.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to make data-backed decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proximity to Lekki is essential.
