Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager that will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote its brand, engage with the target audience, and drive business objectives.
  • This role involves creating and curating content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • The Social Media Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining the online presence and reputation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Content Curation: Curate and share industry-related content to keep the audi informed and engaged.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Audience Engagement: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Community Building: Foster and grow online communities by encouraging discussions, organizing contests, and building a loyal following.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target demographics and achieve marketing goals.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to expand the brand's reach.
  • Crisis Management: Handle social media crises or negative feedback effectively and professionally to maintain the brand's reputation.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and adjust tactics as needed to achieve KPIs and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong creative and content creation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Understanding of SEO and social media best practices.
  • Crisis management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and emerging platforms.
