We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaners, ensuring they follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
• Train new cleaners and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve their performance.
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning services provided to clients, addressing any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of cleaning staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the cleaning team.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, including work orders and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new cleaning staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures.
