Job Overview

• A cleaning company with an office along Lekki - Epe Expressway is seeking an experienced Cleaning manager to join her team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company’s cleaning, fumigation & pest -control services for industrial and residential clients on the Island.
• You will manage a team of cleaners who perform tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, windows, etc.
• The successful candidate will be tasked with managing other aspects of the company’s business, including scheduling employees, training employees, monitoring staff performance handling payroll issues, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.

Job Description

• Reviewing safety procedures and training staff on safe work practices
• Monitoring staff work performance to ensure that they are completing their tasks efficiently
• Maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ordering supplies as needed
• Conducting regular employee evaluations to assess performance and provide feedback
• Scheduling work shifts to ensure that all areas are properly cleaned at the right times
• Establishing and enforcing policies regarding workplace safety, security, and hygiene procedures
• Training new employees on company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Reviewing the work performed by staff to ensure that it meets quality standards
• Developing budgets for labor, supplies, equipment, and other operating costs
• Conducting cleaning inspections at client facilities
• Performing other duties as required by Management

Requirements
The successful candidate:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4 - 6 years work experience.
• Must have worked as a cleaning manager in a cleaning company (This is a MUST HAVE)
• Operate all cleaning and pest control equipment such as scrubbers, vacuum machines, Thermal foggers etc.
• Must be trustworthy, honest, and loyal
• Must possess excellent report-writing skill
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in the use of the Internet, smartphones, and Ms - Office tools
• Must have experience and training in Fumigation and Pest Control
• Proximity to the ISLAND is an added advantage

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
