Buckler Systems is a Nigerian defense solutions provider with strong expertise in manufacturing civilian armored vehicles, design, and prototyping of military vehicles and ordnance equipment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Prospect new sales channels and opportunities through cold calls, networking, and market research.
• Strive to meet and exceed financial target monthly.
• Communicate/follow up with existing accounts and maintain active relationships.
• Regularly update the CRM system to reflect accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information.
• Research industry, and market information, be knowledgeable about competitive products and pricing.
• Develop viable sales forecasts and sales strategies.
• Build sales methodologies that support established sales targets.
• Provide continuous feedback in order to manage overall sales goals.
• Continuously monitor and adjust inventory to optimize customer choice.
• Create plans for gaining customers and retaining them.
• Make products appeal to the target market.
• Continuously and consistently promote the product offerings of Buckler Systems Limited.

Requriements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multi-task.
• Being a self-starter, the ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in a dynamic environment.
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
