We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, hardworking and highly-organized Financial officer who will be responsible for managing Shoppyrex financial transactions and records and ensuring that the company’s financial records are accurate and up to date including tasks related to preparing financial statements, maintaining records, reconciling bank statements, providing strategic guidance, forecasting budgets, analyzing current trends, and developing strategies that maximize profits and minimize risks
Position Summary
The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, possess advanced knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, have the ability to use accounting software and spreadsheets, and have exceptional organizational skills.
Considering the culture of ownership and accountability within SHOPPYREX, this person should be comfortable taking the initiative when faced with administrative decisions.
You will be responsible for Managing the company's financial systems and processes, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow. This includes analyzing and interpreting financial data, identifying trends and variances, and preparing reports for management review.

Day to day, you’ll be working with and continuously managing Shoppyrex financial transactions and records and ensuring that the company’s financial records are accurate and up to date.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Directing and overseeing the financial activities of Shoppyrex.
You will Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.
You will Oversee and Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable by ensuring that all accounts payable and accounts receivable are managed properly and that payments are received and made on time.
Manage month and year-end close processes and prepare timely financial statements.
You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting Shoppyrex Financial performance by working with management to develop budget targets, analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances, and preparing reports for management review.
You will be responsible for Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of invoices and other financial documents and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded.
You will Oversee all financial operations, ensuring they are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
You will Track and Monitor cash flow/ liquidity to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to meet the company’s financial obligations.
Prepare and file sales tax returns and other regulatory documents as required. This includes collecting and reviewing supporting documentation, preparing and filing required documents, and working with regulatory agencies as needed.
Provide financial analysis and support for marketing campaigns and promotions.
You will be responsible for Providing financial analysis and support for international expansion and global business operations.
You will be responsible for the preparation of audit materials and supporting the auditing process to provide information, review audit findings, and implement recommendations as needed.with the action on matters which fall within the CEO’s responsibility – chasing responses, and triggering follow-up action.
Provide support to other departments such as logistics and operations by assisting with financial analysis and reporting, providing guidance and support on financial matters, and working with them to ensure alignment with overall financial objectives
Provide financial training and support to other employees in the organization.
You will be responsible for Monitoring and analyzing company financial performance by tracking key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, and profitability and recommending strategies for improvement.
You will Manage the company's financial systems and processes, including implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
You will also Work with the company's ecommerce platform and related financial systems to track and reconcile online sales transactions.

You will be responsible for Analyzing economic trends and providing economic advice to ensure informed decisions.
You will Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, investors and creditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
You will Develop and maintain financial reporting systems that will provide useful financial data to management.
You will Participate in negotiations contracts with vendors, Suppliers and financial institutions to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
You will be responsible for Providing financial analysis and support for international trade and cross-border transactions.

Gross margin percentage: This measures the profitability of Shoppyrex products or services, calculated as the difference between revenue and cost of goods sold divided by revenue.

Accounts receivable turnover: This measures how quickly Shoppyrex is collecting its accounts receivable, calculated as annual credit sales divided by average accounts receivable.

Days sales outstanding (DSO): This measures how long it takes Shoppyrex to collect its accounts receivable, calculated as accounts receivable divided by average daily credit sales.

Qualifications
