Job Overview

• We are searching for a talented and creative lead/director who can develop, strategize, and execute campaigns for branding, marketing, and promotion from conceptualization to completion through video/photo and graphic design  in order to meet our target audience and organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing standards, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion
• Revise content and presentations, approve or reject ideas and provide feedback to the team
• developing ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns
• overseeing projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects.
• Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest Visual techniques
• Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on Organizational requirements.
• Work with cross functional team in producing innovative &  compelling ideas and activities to expand organizational reach and target
• Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and work with an expanding team
• Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to stakeholders
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects within budget and brand
• Ensure content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
• Implementing ideas to enhance the commercial aspect of the Organization 
• Work with internal and external strategic partners to create images/videos using the most current industry best practices
• Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
• Protect the integrity of the brand by creating original and innovative ideas

What you should have

• Bachelor's Degree in Creative Arts or any related discipline
• A minimum of 6 years experience including 3 years as a Creative Director.
