Description
We are seeking to fill the position of Maintenance Manager - PVC who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance and repair operations related to PVC equipment and machinery.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of PVC production processes, as well as leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all PVC equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory levels.
Stay updated with the latest PVC technology and industry best practices.
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
Foster a culture of safety and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in maintenance management within the plastics manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of PVC production processes and equipment maintenance.
In-depth understanding of PVC equipment.
Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling techniques.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and best practices.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to equipment maintenance.
Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations pertaining to PVC production and maintenance.
Understanding of quality control standards and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Production of Plastic injection mold machines and Maintenance of HAITIAN machines.
Experience in maintaining Recycling machines like the Washing line (Grace Machine), Extrusion line (Grace and Technova Machine), Fitter line (Grace Machine), and Grinding Machine.
