Crownscape Ventures, an E-commerce firm into sales of general merchandise and health supplements, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Position Summary

• We are hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative in our e-commerce firm (Crownscape Ventures).
• To qualify for this position, you must be a young lady who is very good at communicating with people.
• In addition to this, we will be providing you with data and airtime allowance outside your basic salary.

The task involved includes:

• Call New Customers and close them to order our product.
• Send out the confirmed orders on time to delivery agents via WhatsApp
• Call and Follow Up on Existing customers who didn’t buy from us
• Chat with customers who are trying to reach us on WhatsApp and convince them to buy products
• Answer all customer calls/enquiries while trying to close them to order the product now.
• Attend To Complaints from customers amicably.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 1+ years relevant work experience.
• You must be a lady (Between 20-28 years old)
• You must unavoidably Resume from 8am - 5pm from Monday to Friday. Saturdays/Sundays are remote
• You must be able to call/answer 5 to 100 or more calls a day with ease
• You must be able to speak English/ communicate fluently and boldly
• You have a smartphone
• Your written English is good
• You have a good grasp of how to use Excel/Google sheets for simple data entry (optional)
• You're personally self-driven, self-motivated, and creative
• You're disciplined and honest
• Experience as a customer care representative is a plus.

Salary
We provide a basic salary of N50,000 Monthly for a start. Aside from the salary, we also provide commissions based on your performance which are sometimes equal to your basic salary (i.e You can earn as high as N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly).
