Job Description

  • We are currently looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Company Business Developer.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth, handling sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Company Business Developer at Eden Solutions and Resources, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing relationships with clients. Your goal will be to drive business growth by promoting our HR services to potential clients in the market.
  • Sales: You will actively participate in sales activities, including prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation. You will articulate the value proposition of our HR services and work closely with our clients to address their needs, ultimately closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is at the core of what we do. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. Your ability to understand and meet their requirements will be key to fostering long-term partnerships.
  • HR Services: You will have a comprehensive understanding of our HR services, including recruitment, personnel management outsourcing, training, background checking, and career services for job applicants. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits and tailor our services to suit the specific needs of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the HR services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and negotiate with clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR services, including recruitment, personnel management outsourcing, training, background checking, and career services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A dynamic and result-oriented individual ready to take on the challenge of driving business growth and delivering exceptional HR services.
