What we’re looking for:
As a People Engagement & Success Analyst, you will be responsible for the strategic approach to the effective and efficient management of people at Dukka such that you can help the business gain a competitive advantage.
It is your duty to maximize employee performance in service while attaining the strategic objectives here at Dukka.
You will be solely responsible for coordinating Human Resource activities.
This role reports directly to the People & Culture Lead and Chief of Staff.
Job Description
Effectively source for talents and recruiting for all open roles at Dukka.
Coordinate staff performance appraisals and assessments with approved appraisal tools for appointment, confirmation, implementation of recommendations and training needs.
Formulation and implementation of policies and procedures.
Supervise all staff administration details that relates to leaves, disciplinary actions, relocation, redeployment, staff personnel documentation, disengagement etc.
Coordinate and manage staff issues by regular communication to implement approved policies and maintain discipline.
Working closely with technical and non-technical teams to motivate and promote performance.
Administering benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance and HMOs.
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
Responsible for the effective running of the organization's training including induction program.
Staff Welfare: Compensation and Benefits:
Manage and ensure staff databases are updated at all times.
Ensure new staff are on-boarded.
Responsible for payroll activities such as processing time records(biometrics), compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll records.
Process cessation of employment letters.
Sorting out correspondence mails with appropriate file index (reference) numbers for softcopy filling.
Manage Staff welfare matters e.g raising requisition for Payments as it relates to staff (Refunds, leave, leave allowance etc).
Preparing manpower requests (NYSC /Interns letters) and clearances.
Performing any other duties assigned from time to time by the People & Culture Lead and Chief of Staff.
Requirements
Education:
Whilst it would be great for you to have a Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Arts or any Social Sciences discipline from an accredited university, we place a higher value on significant work experience in the workforce to compensate where there is no qualification.
Skills/Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
