Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department and drive initiatives that support our company's growth and employee well-being.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:

• Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and plan for future workforce requirements.

Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle employee inquiries, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs and initiatives.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training and certification requirements.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Manage employee records and ensure data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
