We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ringroad, Ibadan Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to international leads.
  • Your goal is to introduce our services, secure appointments with our Sales Director, and contribute to our business expansion.
  • You'll leverage data insights for efficient and targeted engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to international leads to introduce our services and secure appointments with our Sales Director.
  • Utilize data insights to identify and prioritize potential clients for outreach, ensuring efficient and targeted engagement.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner to articulate the value proposition of The Dexterity Group's offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including midnight shifts, to accommodate clients in different time zones and optimize appointment-setting opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and client information using our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets. A commission structure is in place based on targets met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or appointment setting is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight shifts, to reach international clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
