Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including calls and emails
• Present and promote our products/services to potential clients with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Tailor product/service offerings to address specific customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviours.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead progression using our CRM system.
• Exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute significantly to company revenue goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Persuasive and engaging demeanour with strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Fluency in English.
