Job Title: Digital Marketer / Graphic Designer

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are looking to hire an experienced Graphic Designer/Digital Marketer (creative professional) responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content to promote and enhance our company's brand, products, and services.
• The successful applicant will be tasked with increasing the organization’s digital presence

Responsibilities

• Create visual designs, including logos, illustrations, infographics, marketing materials, and social media graphics.
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
• Understand project requirements and objectives, and collaborate with team members to develop design concepts that align with the vision of the company/brand guidelines, brand specifications, and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Create, Plan and execute concepts for digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence.
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: OND
• Strong portfolio showing digital design capabilities and proven work experience in digital marketing/graphics design.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
• Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message, for this you need to have a creative flair, keen eye for aesthetics, attention to details and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs, also stay ahead of industry developments.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple project and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• An understanding of the Nigeria Real Estate Industry is an addition.

Compensation
Salary plus commission.
