About the Job

• The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conducting financial forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Monitoring and managing cash flow, including maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial performance indicators and providing reports to senior management.
• Assessing and mitigating financial risks.
• Overseeing tax planning and compliance activities.
• Managing and coordinating the work of the finance team, including supervising the accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Evaluating and implementing financial management systems and software.
• Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
