Job Description

• As our HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our school by ensuring that our staff members are supported, motivated, and empowered to provide the best education possible to our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-quality educators and support staff.
• Manage employee benefits, payroll, and attendance records.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
• Previous HR experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
