About the Job

• The ideal person is expected to be a skilled and experienced SharePoint/Power Platform developer who will contribute to the development of efficient and automated workflows that enhance productivity and reduce manual efforts.
• This is a senior role that is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions using SharePoint and the Power Platform suit, with a focus on RPA and integration with Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in ECM application modernization and transformation using Microsoft Power Platform Suites
• Design, develop, and deploy complex solutions involving Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Power Automate desktop flows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
• Deliver Presentations, Proof of Concepts, and solution demonstration to business stakeholders.
• Integrate the Power Platform with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Event Hub, Azure Relay, and Azure Service Bus to extend its capabilities and create enterprise-level solutions.
• Utilize Azure Logic Apps to design and implement complex workflows and integrations between various systems, both within and outside the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop custom connectors and APIs to connect Power Platform applications with external systems and data sources.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer, with at least 8 years of hands-on development experience.
• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, with a focus on developing complex solutions involving RPA and Azure Integration.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online, and On-Premises development, including API integration.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations, including planning, execution, and data validation.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, content types, lists, libraries, and search.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Power Automate desktop flows to automate business processes and tasks.
• Strong proficiency in designing and developing workflows, connectors, and custom APIs using the Power Platform.
• Familiarity with SharePoint development frameworks, such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure Integration services, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Event Hub, Azure Relay, and Azure Service Bus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions via POC’s solution presentation and Demonstration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform and Azure Integration (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, AZ-204) are highly desirable.
