Description
The Developmental therapist/Behaviour Technician works directly under the Program Supervisor to implement plans that have been developed based on the child's specific needs.

Have the ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols and written instructions.
Maintain a professional appearance regarding clothing, grooming, hair, and make-up.
Basic & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 22kg
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time while working with toddlers and preschoolers.
Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behaviour Intervention Plan when working with children with challenging behavior.
Must have the manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home, school, and community placements.
Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through a computer, electronic device, and paper means.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree with Second Class Upper.
Experience:
Required: None. On-site training and supervision are provided.
Preferred: Experience working with children ages 0-8 providing 1:1 in-home or school setting; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis; Educational, Speech, or other Allied Health Services experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
