We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and Prospect: Identify potential individual customers, educational institutions, and
  • corporate partners who align with our mission of empowering women in tech.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ consultative selling techniques to understand the needs of potential
  • customers and match them with the most suitable digital courses in our portfolio.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective learners, educational
  • institutions, and corporate clients through effective communication and personalized engagement.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our digital courses, their benefits, and their
  • alignment with the tech industry's requirements.
  • Sales Strategies: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, drive
  • course enrollments, and create a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, tech advancements, and market demands to align
  • our offerings with the needs of women seeking to enter the tech field.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations, either digitally or in
  • person, to showcase the value and impact of our digital courses.
  • Customer Success: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding
  • experience for enrolled learners and seamless implementation of corporate hiring initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analyses to the management team,
  • highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your
  • professional network and promote our digital courses.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the EdTech or HR Tech industry, with experience selling digital products or educational solutions.
  • Passion for promoting gender diversity in the tech industry and empowering women to pursue tech careers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively convey the value of our offerings.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of digital platforms and tools used in the EdTech and HR Tech domains.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and quickly learn about new courses and technologies.
  • Prior experience in selling to educational institutions and corporations is a plus.
