Job Description

• As the Marketing, you will be Lead Team of Junior Marketers at Creatlie, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving strategy, campaigns, and leading a team of enthusiastic junior marketers.
• Your creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving our clients' marketing objectives and growing our agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance client brand recognition and drive results.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior marketers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with client goals and agency objectives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry insights to identify opportunities for creative innovation and growth.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and deliver exceptional results.
• Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive continuous improvement in our offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Leading and marketing a Junior team
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
