Customer Service Week 2023: 2 FREE Capacity Building Workshops (with Certificates) by Africa's topmost Customer Service body WAACSP

The 2023 Customer Service week comes up October 2-6, 2023. This year’s theme is; ‘Team Service’ aimed at improving internal customer service collaborations amongst teammates.

Africa’s most reputable customer service body; the West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals - WAACSP as it is their tradition, will conduct two (2) career enhancing capacity building workshops for Customer Service Practitioners, Career Professionals, Business Owners and their Teams to mark #CSW 2023.

The Training Workshops are:

1.)  Customer Service Using Digital & Social Media Channels



Date: Oct 6-7 || online via Zoom.

Description: Workshop will equip participants with up to date know hows, latest trends, etiquettes, Dos and Don’ts, templates and how to engage on social and digital channels as a customer service professional and as an organization.


2.) Practical training on use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools



Date: Oct 13-14, || Online via Zoom.  

Description: Training will be largely practical and expose participants to use, types and mastery of the CRM software, an application used to manage a team/organizations customer interaction that covers wide areas.  If you aren’t versed with how to use the CRM software or a business owner, this program will help you understand and set up a CRM tool for your organization.
