We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant / Admin

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/ Admin to support our Executive Team in achieving our strategic goals.
  • As an Executive Assistant / Admin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. You will manage the executive's schedule, handle communications, and provide high-level administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:

  • Schedule and prioritize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive.
  • Ensure the executive's calendar is optimized for productivity and efficiency.

Email and Communication:

  • Manage and monitor the company’s emails, draft responses, and filter incoming communications.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.

Meeting Preparation:

  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and materials.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with special projects and reports as needed.

Gatekeeping:

  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, visitors, and requests for the executive's time.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Research:

  • Conduct research on various topics, competitors, market trends, and industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree 1-2 years of experience as an EA/Admin or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Must not be more than 28 years of age.
  • Live within Yaba and its environs.
  • Preferable Female for gender balance.
