We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Brief

  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers in the [specify target market] segment.
  • Cold call, email, and utilize various sales tactics to generate leads and set up meetings.
  • Conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features.
  • Customize presentations to address specific client needs and objections.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
