Deloitte Nigeria - Our client in the Construction and Paint Industry is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Description

  • The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the Paint industry.
  • The Corporate Sales Manager will lead the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies and goals, while also identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders. I

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Oversee the daily activities of the sales team and provide guidance and support when needed
  • Monitor competitors' activities and recommend necessary actions to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Motivate, train and coach sales team members to achieve their sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the paint industry.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other sales software.
