We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: State Coordinator / Volunteer (Female)

Location: Nigeria

Position Overview

• We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic female volunteers to join our team as State Coordinators.
• As a State Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission at the state level.
• You will work closely with our team and local partners to create opportunities, raise awareness, and inspire women and girls to explore ICT careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and training programs to promote ICT education and awareness among women and girls in your state.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and community organizations to identify potential candidates and partners.
• Collaborate with the central team to develop and implement strategic initiatives tailored to your state's needs.
• Engage with volunteers and mentors to provide support and guidance to aspiring women in ICT.
• Act as a spokesperson for Women in ICT Foundation in your state, advocating for gender equality and diversity in technology.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Passion for gender equality and women's empowerment in the ICT sector.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
