Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Engineer with a strong focus on cloud services, particularly Azure, along with expertise in Java, Docker, and a proven ability in implementing comprehensive testing strategies.

Qualifications
You’ll be considered for this role if you: 

• You have 5+ years experience and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. 
• Expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate etc). Experience in C# is a bonus. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservice architectures. Experience with SOAP APIs is a bonus. 
• In-depth knowledge of cloud services and platforms, with a particular emphasis on Azure services. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g Git). Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL. 
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript and CSS is a bonus. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward tackling challenges. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
• You can deliver quality features without much supervision all while keeping your team in the loop.
