Job Description

• Our client is currently looking for a Web / Mobile App Developer with strong skills in PHP and WordPress to join a dynamic development team.
• Successful candidates will join the team to develop and maintain web applications, ensuring optimal functionality, and delivering an exceptional user experience.
• You will be great if you are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and back-end developers, to create visually appealing, responsive, and high-performing websites and web applications.

Job Duties

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using cutting-edge technologies such as PHP and WordPress, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Customization: Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure applications are bug-free and meet performance criteria.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web and mobile app development and apply them to improve our products.
• Security: Implement security best practices to protect data and applications from potential vulnerabilities.
• Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications and systems.
• Version Control: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track code changes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience as a Web/Mobile App Developer with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress development
• Excellent knowledge of UI/UX principles and design patterns is a bonus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with database management systems and API integration is a plus.
