Job Summary

• As a Dredging Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the industry.
• We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the dredging industry, particularly with international dredging companies.
• Your expertise should encompass offshore and channel dredging within and outside your locality.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the dredging sector.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Demonstrate cultural and community sensitivity in client interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the dredging industry with a focus on business development.
• Previous experience working for international dredging companies in supervisory, managerial, or dredge master roles.
• Proficiency in offshore and channel dredging operations.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage cultural and community aspects of projects with sensitivity.

Salary

• N450,000 - N600,000 monthly (Negotiable).
