JVEE Wellness and Spa is a luxury spa located in a beautiful, serene setting. The spa offers a range of services designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Services include massage therapy, body treatments, facials, and manicures and pedicures. The spa also has a cafe that serves healthy snacks and beverages, as well as a gift shop that sells luxury bath and body products. Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified Cashier / Book Keeper to join our team and help manage our finances. The ideal candidate will have experience in both accounting and cashiering, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The Cashier / Book Keeper will be responsible for processing payments, managing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring that financial records are accurate and up to date.
• They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Process payments, track accounts receivable and payable, and ensure that payments are made on time.
• Reconcile accounts and review financial statements to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Track and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2- 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration

• N80,000 Monthly.
