Job Description

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketer will be responsible for promoting the hotel's brand, increasing occupancy rates, and maximizing revenue through effective marketing strategies.
• The Hotel Marketer will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the hotel's brand and increase occupancy rates.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry.
• Create and manage social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the hotel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional packages and offers to attract new customers.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage the hotel's website content, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects the hotel's brand.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results for management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles is a plus.

Working Conditions

• The Hotel Marketer will work in an office environment within the hotel.
• The position may require occasional travel for trade shows, conferences, and other events.
• The position may also require working weekends and evenings as needed to support marketing initiatives.
