Job Title: Driving Instructor / Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Driving Instructor/Admin Assistant.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a proven track record of success in helping students learn to drive safely and confidently.
• In addition to their teaching duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling lessons, maintaining student records, and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons to students of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced drivers.
• Develop and customize lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Provide clear and concise instruction on all aspects of driving, including vehicle operation, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their driving skills.
• Prepare students for the driver's licence exam.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling lessons, maintaining student records, and processing payments.
• Assist the Driving School Manager with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess at least SSCE
• 1+ years relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Valid driving instructors licence/Certificate
• Experience as a driving instructor is preferred.
• Excellent teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: N70,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
• Competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, and paid time off.
