Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketer to join our team. The Marketer will receive a basic salary along with a 5% commission on new sales and will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth within the Fashion Industry.
• This role involves door-to-door service to bring in new customers, develop growth strategies, manage client relationships, and increase our client base.
• The Marketer will also provide crucial feedback on leads and current customer interactions while collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Utilize door-to-door service to identify and engage with potential customers, driving new sales opportunities.
• Customer Feedback: Provide regular feedback to management on leads and current customer interactions, helping to refine marketing strategies.
• Market Research: Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to identify and explore new markets, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitors.
• Growth Strategies: Develop and implement effective growth strategies and plans to increase sales and market share.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Client Base Expansion: Continuously work to expand and diversify our client base, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth knowledge of our business products and value proposition to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Business Proposals: Prepare and write business proposals as directed by the CEO or as required for various marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing is required.
• Experience in Fashion Industry: The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Fashion Industry, possessing a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
• Proven experience in the Fashion Industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Remuneration

• Salary: N80,000 Monthly.
• 5% commission on new sales.
