Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist / Pharmacologistt o join our dynamic team. This role combines pharmaceutical expertise with training and brand management skills to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and understood by both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmacy, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement training programs and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams, sales representatives, and healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our products and their pharmacological mechanisms.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in pharmacology and pharmaceutical research to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and execute brand management strategies to increase brand visibility, awareness, and market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and market penetration.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's pharmaceutical products, their pharmacological properties, and their therapeutic applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and customers regarding product benefits, mechanisms of action, and usage.
• Ensure that all training materials and brand-related activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Stay informed about changes in pharmacological and pharmaceutical regulations and adjust training materials and brand strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) Degree, B.Sc in Pharmacology or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical training and brand management.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
